2020 was a grim year the world over. It was like rolling down the steepest hill and colliding with thorny bushes, trees and rocks all the way down… Or at least that’s how it felt. Even so, we had some brights spots to be thankful for. The one or two collisions that were actually soft landings, they fuelled hope. One such instance for Goshen Acquisitions, was connecting with Bien, Savara, Chimano and Polycarp. What a band of Brothers! Some of the most real people you’ll ever meet.

We had candid conversations around the issue of land ownership and our desire to put unimpeachable title deeds in as many hands as possible, with the least amount of pain for them. If you have ever been involved in any kind of land transaction in Kenya, then you know what a task that can be.

We all have dreams. Dreams that need a place to grow. A piece of land. Think about it, every dream eventually needs space to grow, right?

Once is a while, seemingly unrelated worlds collide and you get an explosion of something beautiful. “HOMELAND” is just that and we admit that it is mostly their genius. They have done such a wonderful job of capturing our shared desire to belong, to own our piece of home, to build wealth and to leave a legacy.
